The predictions for April seem to be “right on”, as a “cosmic roller coaster ride”. The prediction is that it’s “to be the most dramatic month of the year”; I hope so, because some of us have already been buffeted about quite a bit by dramatic occurrences, and ready for this month to end. There’s a cardinal grand cross featuring Mars, Uranus, Pluto and Jupiter at right angles to each other behind all this havoc. And two eclipses book-end this tense formation: “a total lunar eclipse in Libra on 4/15 and a solar eclipse in Taurus on 4/29”. Some may be experiencing benevolent excitement and new experiences, but there is a definite “call to change” from this hugely out of balance world. We could see erratic weather, a natural disaster, economic troubles or problems in foreign affairs. Depending on other configurations and aspects in our astrological charts, the powerful energy evoked by these formations may result in more positive changes or generate turbulence. A “higher interpretation” of this grand cross could be that this powerful concentration of energies is for the purpose of manifesting an evolutionary upward turn of consciousness for humanity. And we can adapt to the necessary changes and move forward more easily by using constructive and creative endeavors to “let go of the old ways” that no longer serve us, individually and collectively. These forces present “real opportunities for breakthroughs and new beginnings”. We need to pay closer attention to our feelings in a more honest way, to be more mindful of what we feed our bodies and our minds, who we keep company with, and the activities we choose to engage in. We can try to keep life more simple! This month’s energies feel frantic and fast; “fiery emotions appear to rise up from nowhere along with harsh words and impulsive actions”. Many of us are feeling overwhelmed! BREATHE; and try to avoid conflicts with others; “don’t rush decisions”. We can SLOW DOWN, do yoga, garden, cook, write, do the things that bring peace to our souls to counteract the “feisty, aggressive, ruthless, selfish nature of the planets involved”. The silver lining behind this storm cloud or cardinal grand cross is a beneficent grand trine in the water signs; a” beautiful alignment between Jupiter, Venus and Chiron, and Saturn”, offering us” an escape route from the craziness” and aggravation of the erratic energies fraying our nerves. There is a choice in what we place our focus on and resonate with. There is a great opportunity to manifest our dreams and big ideas, and we can do so without struggle and greed; we can do it through unconditional love and healing. “So if you want to make more of your life, resonate with the gentle grand trine, and make whatever you do during April a form of therapy.” The peace and love we send out into the world is important in “soothing the troubled soul of a planet in need of healing” and our fellow sojourners. With only a week left of April, I hope this message helps. Love and Light to ALL.

May Predictions
The volatile effects of the recent grand cross, reactivated by the Moon, inciting exaggerated emotions, may still be felt in the first week or two of this month. Be mindful to act, not react to provocations, especially around May 4th. The second week brings a serious full moon aligned with Saturn, “at odds with the quirky, lighthearted Venus-Uranus conjunction”. This alignment brings about “refreshing change, inspiration, new thoughts and ideas”, if we allow ourselves to be more open and receptive. Relationships are especially susceptible to the “stimulating and exciting vibes of Uranus and Venus”; so let’s not take our partners for granted, but breathe new life into our somewhat stale unions. “There’s a transformative dynamic around May 13-15, and many relationships could be made or broken around this time.” Many will feel a need for more freedom and the ability to express themselves more freely. For some, this full moon will be a time to face the facts, and take constructive actions, and perhaps to be more responsible. Depending where in our charts this planetary alignment falls, it will show us where we need to get more serious. The second half of May should be a breath of fresh air! “Mars turns direct on May 20th (after being retrograde for several weeks)”, as the Sun moves into fun-loving Gemini. So for any of us, who may have felt stuck or limited, we may “see new possibilities on the horizon”. “Then we have new moon in Gemini” with a square to Neptune, which warns us not to fall prey to “illusion or escapism”. This could be an easy time to talk ourselves into something that is not real. “We must be determined to pursue the truth and only access the highest channels of knowledge and information.” Check with your heart to see if your decisions feel right. “Meditation, prayer, art, and music are all ways in which we can access our own truth and if we can use these techniques to inspire us into making positive changes or setting inspired intentions, then we will be making the most of this mystical new moon.” Enjoy this “refreshing change” and a refreshing Spring after a long, hard winter, and a difficult April.
