“When the Sun passes through Taurus in May, the energy infuses this month with a beauty that lights up the world. Though there are significant challenging planetary influences in May, all these alignments are at the midpoint of Jupiter and Venus. As challenging as things may get, a sextile between Jupiter and Venus, a benign influence, has been in play since late Feb 2023. Wrapped around an unusually difficult collection of dark energies, it acts as a guardian angel, a force that says, “No matter how bad things get, everything will be okay”. That protection will be in place until the end of May.” A lunar eclipse occurs on May 5, 2023, at 15 degrees Scorpio. Eclipses are like mile markers where the shape of things to come are forged by the choices we make in that moment; the fruits of those choices spanning six months, so we might be manifesting those fruits by Nov 2023. The Druids considered the twenty-four hours between May 5 & 6 to be the most powerful day of the year. A full moon in May is known as the Wesak moon, a date sacred to Buddhists, the high point of the spiritual year”. So Happy Cinco de Mayo, which commemorates the 1862 Mexican victory over France in the Battle of Puebla. It’s an auspicious date! “In the 31 days of May, the veil that separates the third dimension from the higher worlds will be wide open. This would be a good time to remember that we create our own realities. The questions for us individually and collectively are: What do we want? How will we choose it? Are we awake enough to be accountable for whatever we envision?”

“According to the Hindu perspective, we are at the tail end of what is the worst of times with everything at stake. What chance do we have of making it out of the Kali Yuga in one piece? We are in the last of the Yuga ages, the Kali Yuga. According to my calculations, this process will be in play until 2025, when Saturn crosses the Aries point and the Kali Yuga comes to an end. We all chose to incarnate at this really tumultuous time, so we just need to strap in. Transiting Pluto squares the nodes, moving us along the evolutionary spiral. Nodes are like arrows aimed in the directions we need to move. The two energies are similar in that they both hold us steady on our spiritual paths. Being square creates a conflict of interests for which there is no succinct interpretation. It could simply be read as: ‘We’re learning our lessons the hard way’ or ‘The demands of our everyday lives are at cross-purposes with living our truths’. This conflict of interests tests the limits of our beliefs and calls us to change with no clear path to the future. Sometimes the aspect simply says, ‘You can’t get there from here right now’. We are collectively wending our way through the rough patch on the road to Shamballa. Rough patches are where our growing gets done. This one will be bumpy through the first week of June, then will come back to haunt us on and off through summer 2023. Pluto and the nodes will work things out through November 2023.”

“Pluto entered Aquarius in April and will be involved in a square with the asteroid Astraea for the next two years. Astraea appears when it’s time to cut the cord or bring something to an end. Make note that Mercury has been in retrograde since April 21, 2023, and will turn direct on May 15, 2023. During this age of revelation, Mercury’s activities are bound to be turbocharged!” The second half of May might find us in a somewhat more relaxed state of mind. “How do we wrap our minds around an apocalyptic situation that we are swimming in? There are no scripts for things like this. Reflecting on my personal experience, whenever things are more than I can handle, I do the following: Stay in the moment; Breathe; Be patient & observe; Mind my own business, don’t add to the chaos; Trust it’s all happening for a reason; Keep the Light on.”

Events could be explosive this month, though there are blessings in store as well. May’s energies “focus on discovering harmony within and without as all humans face the truths of reality and life”. This is huge! Much has been hidden, and many have been deceived; many have wholeheartedly gone along with misinformation because they resonated with the version of information they chose to consume. May begins “with the Moon in late Virgo opposing Neptune in Pisces”. Many of us have gone into “daydream mode, attempting to create frameworks that allow for our safety and structure; the shifting sands may lead to confusion and disappointment. With Venus in Gemini squaring this opposition, people will be tempted to go into all-or-nothing mode or take strong stands against what is presented.” We want to believe what we want to believe, but “it’s time to make choices based on our wisest and best interests rather than following the crowd, a celebrity, or our family’s restrictions or expectations”. The world is changing, and we must change with it. “Radical shifts will occur in our relationships with self, others, and the world. Huge portals between worlds and timelines are opening now in 3D, giving those wanting to leave Gaia the directions they need to step off their paths on Earth and go elsewhere. We are undergoing internal struggles, individually & collectively, in discovering a balance and harmony in mind, body, spirit and emotions.”

May Day opens with a “grand square between the Moon’s south node in Scorpio (representing past hidden treasures and fears requiring transformation) and the north node in Taurus (bringing openings and new pathways just by inviting them). These nodes square Pluto, which has just entered Aquarius opposing Vulcanus in Leo, signaling a time of potentially explosive challenges for those who want to maintain power and control over others rather than cooperate and find ways to benefit everyone and shine lights of truth in the world.” It’s time to give up our stubborn beliefs and subsequent actions. Believing that we are safe in the universe, and consciously reviewing & releasing our fears, will work wonders for us. “All is freewill choice!” Ingesting & holding more truth in our soul-hearts is the way to develop & express greater balance and harmony. “On May 6, 2023, at 9:35 am (PST), a full moon eclipse occurs in Scorpio with the Moon conjunct the Scorpio point of avatar and the Sun conjunct the Taurus point of avatar and Uranus. Mercury and the Moon’s north node are also in Taurus, activating transformational energies. Together, these tremendous portals will invite great loving spirits to assist in the gentle transformational process taking place on Earth. The full moon is about dreaming the dream awake, with the conscious awareness of the consequences of one’s actions and choices facilitating deep changes from within the core of Earth as both Panden and Gaia release all fear-bases energies.
