Do you think early voting is good for democracy?

Sure do!  Just by the fact that Republicans are against it shows it must be good for the masses!   Shouldn’t all citizens in a democracy be able to vote?  Should we make it more difficult for busy persons (working all shifts) to get to the polls?  Republicans want to limit the time frame for early voting to only a few weekdays, with no same-day registrations, and limit voting in big cities to election offices only.  Why should voters, in 2014 and beyond,  have to stand in lengthy lines for hours to vote?  And some folks want to claim that early voting would be “incredibly expensive for local election clerks and could be highly manipulated by Democrats”; Really??    Why would anyone want to wait until the last day or hour to vote, when something could occur to make it impossible for them to get to the polls?  If the voter is that “on the fence”, waiting for the last argument to be given to sway them, they should allow more sure-footed voters ahead of them.  I urge everyone to GET OUT and VOTE!   And VOTE EARLY!!
