February 2015 Predictions

This month calls for careful consideration and not letting our desires override our logic!  “A full moon on Feb 3rd occurs when Mercury is retrograde, alerting us to” use reason and logic instead of emotional decision-making.  Jupiter being involved in this full moon leads us into being blinded by our desires.  “Jupiter and the Moon (in Leo) opposing the Sun and Mercury (in Aquarius) could bring about some knee-jerk reactions that lead to separation instead of unity.”  Especially during the first week of the month we need to be mindful of how we are reacting to others; are we being selfish or considering others?  “Mercury turns direct on Feb 6th”, ending the retrograde status of delays and confused thinking.  We move forward, but are now affected by “an aspect of tension” — a square from Neptune to Saturn, two planets that are at odds already in “how they function”.  “Saturn governs structure” and Neptune dissolves it!  Saturn rules boundaries and constructive action, also the body, bones, skin — things that hold together and upright.  Neptune rules dissolution, “dissolves boundaries and structures”; its “focus is oneness and unity.”  This aspect portends a dissolving of structures that need to be broken down.  This aspect as its worst leads to “suffering, confusion, and uncertainty”; disordering and disorders.   This is probably a time to give up on unrealistic dreams or plans that are not in alignment with our soul’s life plan.  This “giving up” may be disappointing, but can lead us to find a higher plan or “more fitting set of circumstances”.  On a global level Neptune-Saturn square may equal an unproductive year and may bring to our awareness the suffering , pain and sadness in the world, and our sense of having no power to change it.  Many will feel, personally, that they’re “not making much progress” and feel very conflicted and confused about which direction to take.  Aquarians, Pisceans, and Capricorns (and those with personal planets in the early degrees of these signs) are more likely to see structures begin “to dissolve in their lives”.   “The purpose of these two planets” may well be to assist in dissolving what needs to come apart…..to allow for more freedom in our experience.  So, allow whatever needs to be restructured or broken down, mourn the loss, and allow for better situations to come from letting go what needs to go.  Trust the reason and have faith.  “A new moon on Feb 19th-20th amplifies this theme as Saturn-Neptune are strongly involved”; its an “ideal time to focus on new beginnings”, but we must be prepared to let go of how things were: jobs, home, money; for others it might be relationships or addictions, things that have seemed to be a comfort or safety, but were just forms of escapism.   The “new moon is an important time to grieve” our losses, current and past; embracing the process of letting go, and understanding that something wonderful is being created.  It’s an auspicious time!  “Allow that which dissolves to do so, and know that the divine spark within is getting stronger and will”… direct us in our “next course of action”.   In the last week or so of February….quiet your mind and allow your higher self to speak to you and guide or direct you on what course to follow.
