How could the teens talking in the red SUV so readily hear Dunn “politely” asking them to turn their music down, when it was so loud the windows of the SUV and windows of Dunn’s vehicle were rattling? He didn’t need to get out of his car and pound on their windows to get them to hear him? He’s a liar and a racist, and was probably drunk!
