I say send his ashes back to Dagestan! What happens to the bodies of US citizens who die in prison? Cremation is cheaper than burial. But my higher self is clamoring for a voice here also. This “problem” reminds me of an old gravesite in Warren Co. wherein a Native American Indian was buried among settlers he had killed. The grave-stone reads: “For he too was a son of Abraham”.
